Your tasks:
- Support for our customers in spare parts sales
- Telephone and written advice and preparation of quotations
- Order processing and tracking through to delivery
- Close cooperation with the field service and the workshop
- Identification of sales potential
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in parts trade, sales or commercial vehicle technology is an advantage - career changers also welcome
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications and merchandise management systems
